About your Nonprofit Google Grants Summit Leaders:
Jason Garrett: Jason began working at a nonprofit at three years old—sorting canned food for an annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Since then he’s graduated to more complex tasks at the Minnesota Reading Corps, the largest statewide AmeriCorps program in the country. After working on elections for several cycles (from school board to presidential campaigns), Jason developed an ability to not only measure good data, but to make good decisions based on data while dealing with tight deadlines. So when the Minnesota Reading Corps went after a Google Grant, Jason picked up AdWords and Analytics and created a web marketing campaign that nobody had thought of before. After seeing success at Reading Corps, Jason and Ted realized they shared a common goal—to empower nonprofits with the ability to create time- and cost-effective web marketing campaigns using existing in-house talent.
Ted Kozlowski: Silicon Valley veteran and current President of DemandQuest, Ted Kozlowski is a seasoned technology sales and marketing executive. He’s been a featured speaker and teacher in North Carolina, California and Minnesota representing companies such as Network Solutions, The Institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina, Homestore.com, Computer Associates and many more. He has shared his expertise on social media strategy, Google AdWords Advertising, Google Analytics and InBound Marketing with local chambers and at national conferences. Ted Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors at Valley Outreach in Stillwater and is proud to work and volunteer his web services to numerous other local and national nonprofits.
