Silicon Valley veteran and current President of DemandQuest, Ted Kozlowski is a seasoned technology sales and marketing executive. His Minneapolis company consults with both online and brick-and-mortar companies on generating sales, leads, social media strategies and maximizing advertising results. He’s been a featured speaker and teacher in North Carolina, California and Minnesota representing companies such as Network Solutions, The Institute for Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina, Homestore.com, Computer Associates and many more. He has shared his expertise on social media strategy, Google AdWords Advertising, Google Analytics and InBound Marketing with local chambers and at national conferences. He has a passion for helping small and medium sized business owners learn how to increase their online presence and generate new business while avoiding scams. He currently is a teacher and consultant at his Minneapolis based marketing institute, DemandQuest and is Google AdWords & Google Analytics Certified.
Prior to his teaching career, he helped grow high tech start-ups Taviz Technology, Homestore.com, nCircle & Immunix from inception to profitability. Ultimately Taviz & Immunix we’re acquired and nCircle remains a successful & profitable security company.
Ted was the South East Regional Director for Network Solutions Small Business Practice where he served as an SEO Expert and Google AdWords Consultant for enterprise accounts. He has also held management and senior marketing positions with Homestore.com, Shavlik Technologies, Immunix (acquired by Novell) & Computer Associates. Prior to DemandQuest, Ted was the CEO & Co-founder of Life Raft Consulting a web marketing startup based in Charlotte, NC with offices in San Francisco & Chicago.
Ted grew up in Stillwater, MN and attended Stillwater area schools. He has a BS from Edgewood University in Madison, WI. After college, Ted worked for a number of profitable start-ups in Silicon Valley and has since become an expert in the field of web marketing and is a Google AdWords Certified Professional. After living and working in Madison, San Francisco, Buenos Aires and Charlotte, Ted is happy to be back in Stillwater. He lives with his wife Rachael and two daughters (Amelia and Evelyn Rose) in an 1886 Victorian on the North Hill. He is excited to be an active part of the community and to continue using his marketing and sales skills to facilitate community involvement in local outreach. He has worked extensively with Beards BeCause, a domestic violence awareness charity based in Charlotte and is also an active ambassador of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Ted is currently Vice Chairman – Board of Directors at Valley Outreach, a local charity providing food, clothing and emergency assistance funds.
Hal Stinchfield, Executive Adviser
Hal Stinchfield is a senior executive with more than thirty years experience in the marketing services sector. His expertise includes evaluating and developing integrated marketing strategies, particularly in environments in which purchasing behavior has never been so volatile. Having overseen the management of more than 50,000 marketing initiatives, Hal is known for his independent, unbiased, and entrepreneurial spirit and is well known for exploiting his unique talent for predicting marketing trends.
His tenure includes executive leadership positions with Carlson Marketing Group, Equity partner of Young America Corporation- later sold to Bankers Trust Capital Partners, Archway Marketing Services, Founder & CEO of Promotional Marketing Insights. He has several years of experience providing executive consultation to Pepsi-Cola Company, Unilever, Masterfoods USA (Mars, Inc.), Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Visa USA, Sirius XM Radio, Nestle Nutrition.
Hal was also retained to advise the United States National Telecommunications and Information Administration on minimizing waste, fraud and abuse on the billion dollar DTV $40.00 converter box coupon program. He brings unparalleled experience to marketing campaign and vendor analysis in the categories of assessing value proposition of marketing services vendors and assisting procurement in contract compliance and RFP response analyses.
Jane Neumiller-Bustad is a marketing, communications and social media consultant, with a background in training and development. She has over 20 years of experience helping clients reach out and communicate more effectively, from marketing communications and social media initiatives to customer service and technical training classes. She currently runs her own consulting company Creative Mind Consulting.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Jane holds a B.S in Human Development and Family Studies. People think of Jane for her creativity, strategic mindset, strong idea generation ability, creation of innovative partnerships, and her excellent group facilitation and platform speaking skills.
Jane is a child of the Midwest, growing up in Illinois and coming to Minnesota after time spent in Anchorage, Alaska and San Antonio, Texas. She’s been an Air Force officer, corporate trainer, real estate agent, marketing consultant and small business owner. Jane and her family are passionate hockey fans, both in cheering for, and in playing the game itself. Jane also enjoys road trips and jewelry making in her free time (which is limited with a teenager in the house).
Scott Zosel began his marketing journey as a journalist over 30 years ago, writing for trade journals, PR firms, and eventually made his way into the world of advertising for some small shops in Minneapolis – St. Paul, MN area. Through lots of hard work learning the nuts and bolts of strategic planning, he carved out a niche as an ace B2B ad copywriter for a fairly large twin-cities agency, crafting many notable print campaigns while learning the design side of the business from top notch art directors.

Rachael Roberts Kozlowski, Marketing Manager
Rachael Kozlowski is an experienced marketing coordinator, consultant and project manager. She recently worked as marketing coordinator for Giant Steps 2011, an interactive conference and concert at the Guthrie in Minneapolis. She is also the Operations Manager at DemandQuest marketing training institute in Minneapolis offering classes in traditional and online marketing and advertising. She is currently studying to become a Certified HubSpot InBound Marketing Professional and is is Google AdWords & Google Analytics Certified. She started in affiliate marketing working with clients in travel, dating, ancestry and e-commerce. She has start-up experience and worked at web development companies in New York, Charlotte and Stillwater. Responsibilities included blog and landing page creation, search engine optimization, affiliate management, email marketing management, PPC and online advertising including managing AdWords and Analytics campaigns, LinkedIn Advertising and Facebook Advertising.
Rachael is originally from St. Paul, MN and attended UW-Madison and AMDA. She is a classically trained professional actress who has performed Off-Broadway in New York as well as San Francisco, Minneapolis, Charlotte, Buenos Aires (Argentina), Mobile and Madison.
