Do I need to bring my laptop to DemandQuest?
Are you going to try and sell me something?
Absolutely not. DemandQuest is strictly an education company and our seminars and workshops are never sales pitches. Further we never sell your information to anyone. We do however have relationships with the best and the brightest marketing experts in the Twin Cities and can help point our students in the right direction if a need arises.
I can’t make it to class. Do you offer refunds? Do you offer make-up classes?
Yes. DemandQuest will work with you to reschedule or provide you with a complete refund. We do kindly ask that you contact us at least 24hrs prior to class if you are not able to attend. Depending on the class and teacher availability, we may offer make-up classes. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a class and we will determine if a make-up class is available or if a refund or credit should be issued.
Do you offer any customized training?
Do you offer discounts?
For most classes, YES. We offer group discounts and customized training as well as discounts for individually qualified veterans, unemployed persons, nonprofits and high-school students. Please call us to determine if you are eligible for a discount.
