The importance of having a social media policy: Schools these days need to have an online web presence that includes an informational website as well as avenues for announcements, updates and breaking news. In an event of an emergency, schools need to have a contingency plan in place so that parents can be notified, students can have immediate access to resources and the community can be accurately informed. Having a social media policy in place is the first step to keeping students, parents, teachers and the community up to date in an efficient way. Join us for a guided workshop. We will provide the template and the coaching to get you started on having an effective, comprehensive policy in place. Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to have an attorney’s guidance at a fraction of the cost!
