Before Coming To Class
For seminars, you do not need to bring anything but something to take notes with and a desire to learn. We do have Wi-Fi and Laptops are great but not required.
If you are attending a workshop Laptops are required. To take full advantage of the workshop time, we kindly request that before you come to class you update your computer and download the following software. Most of our instructors use the Google Chrome web browser and it will be easier to follow step-by-step if you are using the same browser as our instructors. Plus these are all great tools to use on a regular basis that are free and will keep your laptop running smoothly. Thank you!

Update and make sure you are using the latest version of Java
Trend-Micro House Call is a great tool but takes a long time. Be sure to run windows and Java update before you use Housecall. Perfect if you think you have something nasty on your PC.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash & Reader
Make sure you have the latest patches from Microsoft
If you are running slow you might want to clean your cache
